Mrs. Christine W. Ray

Funeral services for Mrs. Christine W. Ray, 89, were held at 11 a.m., January 16, 2010 at Crossroads Baptist Church in Mathiston. Rev. Mike Stowell officiated. Burial followed n DeWeese Cemetery in Choctaw County.

A resident of Mathiston, Mrs. Ray was a retired factory worker and housewife. She was also a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Mathiston. Mrs. Ray died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.

Survivors include daughters Evy L. Modzelewski, Mary Sue Kelly, both of Mathiston, son Stanley Earl Bell of Mathiston, one grandchild, one great grandchild and two great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Ricky Johnson, Stacy Johnson, Terry Weeks, Larry Kelly, Steve Fulgham and Martin L. Carden, Jr.

Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora was in charge of arrangements.
